• Institute of Aging For the Fall 2024 CIHR Doctoral Priority Announcements, the CIHR Institute of Aging (CIHR-IA) will focus on the topic of Ageism. CIHR IA will fund up to three doctoral applications related to Ageism, one in each of the following three areas: • Climate Change and Older Adults • Elder Abuse and Older Adults • Social Isolation and Older Adults CIHR-IA applications must align with one of the three main research areas as described in our Strategic Plan 2023-2028 Reframing Aging Empowering Older Adults.
