• Put into practice proper ethical framework and technical infrastructure to enable genomic and phenotypic data access across borders;
• Establish connection between rare disease databases across borders;
• Demonstrate the utility of establishing such a federated database systems;
• Integrate the Global Alliance for Genomics in Health data access and sharing standards;
• Integrate FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
