Expected Results:

Outputs from Phase 8 of the Project are similar to those of previous phases and will include updating the Common Cause Failure database, reviewing added events, discussing CCF events, revision and improvement of coding guidelines and quality assurance documents, preparation and review of component reports and working group meetings.

The Operating Agent (ÅF - Industry AB) shall prepare quarterly Progress Reports of the project and distribute copies to the participants. The participants shall prepare, in co-operation with the Operating Agent, Project Reports for general CSNI distribution. These reports are intended to contain conclusions on the analysis performed whenever major steps of the Project have been completed.
