The recipient agrees to participate in the CNSC’s proceedings for this project and to fulfill the following objectives:
• Hire Jean-François Provencher and Hugo Mailhot Couture to review the Regulatory Oversight Report for Canadian Nuclear Power Generating Sites: 2018 and comment on the potential impact of nuclear activities on the rights and interests of the Waban-Aki Nation; and
• Submit a written intervention to the Commission and attend the Commission meeting in Ottawa, Ontario, on November 6 and 7, 2019.
