The recipient agrees to complete the following objectives:
- Hire Shared Value Solutions to review CNL’s licence renewal application and related documentation with a focus on its potential impacts on Métis traditional land use, Métis rights, claims and interests, and identify deficiencies in the documentation.
- Hire Pape Salter Teillet LLP to provide legal guidance related to the Whiteshell licence renewal.
- Submit a written report to the CNSC summarizing comments from the review of the Whiteshell licence renewal and participate at the Commission hearing.
