The recipient agrees to complete the following objectives:
- Hire Firelight to review CNL's licence application and related documentation in order to provide the Commission with information about the potential effects of the licence renewal on Sagkeeng and its members.
- Hire Corey Shefman of Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP to provide legal advice related to the Whiteshell licence renewal.
- Submit a written report to the CNSC summarizing comments from the technical and legal reviews of the Whiteshell licence renewal and participate at the Commission hearing.
