Description:
Contribution agreement to assist Saugeen Ojibway Nation (SON) in participating in formalized meetings with CNSC staff under the SON-CNSC Terms of Reference.

Expected Results:

The recipient agrees to complete the following objectives:
- Have SON representatives attend up to five meetings with CNSC staff.
- Have one legal representative attend the meetings with CNSC staff, when required.
- Hire subject matter experts to engage with the SON on items relevant to the SON-CNSC work plan under the Terms of Reference.
- Hire one fisherman from Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation and one fisherman from Saugeen First Nation to participate in the CNSC’s Independent Environmental Monitoring Program.
- Collaborate with CNSC staff on relevant sections of Regulatory Oversight Reports and other Commission Member Documents as appropriate that summarizes the work and related outcomes of the activities being conducted under the SON-CNSC Terms of Reference.
