The recipient agrees to complete the following objectives:
- Hire Michael Dawe to review Cameco’s licence amendment application and related documentation, including Cameco and CNSC Commission member documents.
- Hire Larry Innes from Olthus, Kleer, Townshend LLP to conduct a legal review of Cameco’s licence amendment application and related documentation, including Cameco and CNSC Commission member documents.
- Submit a written report to the CNSC summarizing comments from the technical and legal reviews of the proposed waste facility operating licence amendment for the Beaverlodge Project and participate at the Commission hearing.
