Contribution agreement to assist Ya'thi Nene Land and Resource Office in reviewing CNSC staff’s Regulatory Oversight Report for Uranium Mines and Mills : 2018 and submitting comments to the Commission.

Expected Results:

The recipient agrees to complete the following objectives:
- Hire Larry Innes to conduct a legal review of the Regulatory Oversight Report for Uranium Mines and Mills in Canada: 2018 (2018 UMM Report).
- Hire Michael Dawe to conduct a technical review of the 2018 UMM Report
- Have Garrett Schmidt to travel to each of the three Athabasca Dene communities to gather feedback from each community on the 2018 UMM Report.
- Summarize the findings and recommendations in a written report to be submitted to the Commission.
- Have Chief Coreen Sayazie, Chief Louie Mercredi, Chief Bart Tsannie, an Elder, and Garrett Schmidt attend the Commission meeting in Ottawa and present before the Commission.
