Description:
The University of Alberta has the opportunity to install a new type of magnetometer on a suborbital rocket in order to raise its technology readiness level. This instrument will help reduce the cost of space missions by allowing measurement of the magnetic field from 0 to a few kilohertz. This contribution agreement will support the University in the fabrication, testing and integration of the payload on the rocket.
