This project entitled ""Development of 3G/4G Satcom Tester Technology"" will develop a network simulator for third and fourth generation (3G/4G) mobile satellite terminals. This will facilitate the development of new terminals and applications that extend the capabilities of 3G/4G terrestrial wireless systems to users on land, at sea or in the air.
