This proposal exploits recent technological advancements to deploy an array of world-leading fluxgate magnetometers to provide freely available science measurements in support of satellite missions such as CSA's Cassiope/ePOP, NASA's THEMIS, ESA's SWARM and JAXA's ARASE.
