Description:
The mission and objective of this program is to address reintegration barriers faced by Indigenous offenders in custody. The program will provide supports for Indigenous offenders to successfully exit the gang they are associated with, including help to navigate the administrative and real-world factors of exiting that lifestyle, to be able to provide meaningful sustainability for their ways of living, and to address the voids in supports that Indigenous offenders face due to intergenerational trauma and colonial impacts

The mission and objective of operations of this program would be to address issues and hurdles within custody, and prepare relatives to be supported within community by NCO Pathfinders and Helpers to successfully lead a balanced and non-gang affiliated life.
