Description:
Renovation of an existing designated unit and the addition of a 2nd unit that meets with Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Installation of a commercial 50kw Generator and transfer station. Retrofit and upgrade to the existing accessible unit and the creation of a 2nd accessible unit. Widening of entrances and bathroom doorways, installation of automatic door openers, accessible shower units and toilets with associated safty bars. Generator as a backup supply and transfer station that will ensure vital safety and security systems can be maintained in emergencies.
