Renovation of two existing units to increase accessibility and provide safe and secure accommodations for visual and mobility impaired offenders. One will be upgrade with an integrated strobe alert system, the second unit will be converted by expanding the width of the entrance door, and modifications to the kitchen and bathroom to accommodate an individual in a wheelchair.
