Description:
Renovations and major construction is required to underpin foundation, repair exterior walls, roof and floor as a result of the shifting (sinking) of the one side of the building, Scope of work includes; Foundation Underpinning, addressing the vertically displaced concrete slab on grade along the south elevation, Exterior Wall Repair, removal and replacement of section of roof and installation of new sloped roof, insulation, parapet/cap flashing., replacement of 10 windows and Interior Repair to walls and floors including drywall and floor coverings resulting from the issues with the foundation.
