Amalgamate two (2) separately owned domestic water production (wells) into a single, jointly managed operating system. - Wireless communication system upgrade. - Building roof replacement. Ensure the wireless communication system link to CSC will function correctly and ensure safe drinking water quality to Dorchester Institution. Additionally, the building’s roof is requires replacement to preserve the building envelope and to ensure no further service disruptions. The current asphalt shingle will be replaced with metal roofing, which includes a snow guard
