Description:
This project entails the removal and installation of new interior flooring on the stairs and 2nd floor of the building, purchase and installation of a new wooden security gate with locking hardware/fob access at the rear driveway entrance and the upgrading rehabilitation of the main entrance which includes purchase and install of new railings on front porch, repairs to the spalled brick columns and replacement of upper and lower eavestrough on front and rear elevations of the building.
