Description:
This project entails the upgrading and repair of damaged /aging infrastructure of the exterior of the building including abatement of damaged walls/insulation/drywall, repairing and painting both exterior and interior of building and excavation/grading of the property. This will eliminate the issues of large-scale flooding in and around the residence.
