Security and base building upgrades to Buffalo Sage Wellness Building to allow the male offenders from Stan Daniels Healing lodge to relocate to Buffalo sage Wellness House and vice versa for the women offenders at Buffalo Sage. This will optimize population management between CSC and Native Counselling Services of Alberta.
