Description:

The Salvation Army - Harbour Light CRF contributes to CSC’s corporate priorities and Mission by providing suitable and appropriate care for offenders. This project covers the construction phases of the CRF-re-development of a new facility that will continue to accommodate 48 beds (as per the current contract) across 2 floors of the new 9 floor building. The general construction phases of the CRF-re-development of a new facility will involve all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, equipment, demolition, site prep work, installations, materials, services, and testing.

Delete: article 4.1. Subject to this Agreement and in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Transfer Payments, CSC agrees to make contribution payments to the Recipient for an amount not to exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000) towards eligible expenses, to carry out the Project between the date of the last signature, and March 31, 2022 and for an amount not to exceed one million dollars ($1,190,000) towards eligible expenses, to carry out the Project between April 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023.
Insert: article 4.1. Subject to this Agreement and in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Transfer Payments, CSC agrees to make contribution payments to the Recipient for an amount not to exceed seven hundred seventeen thousand dollars ($717,000) towards eligible expenses, to carry out the Project between October 5, 2021, and March 31, 2022 and for an amount not to exceed one million four hundred seventy three thousand dollars ($1,473,000) towards eligible expenses, to carry out the Project between April 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023.
