Description:
This initiative aims to promote gender equality, women’s empowerment and women’s rights in Cuba. The Project would design and reproduce various communication documents that bring to light gender equality issues in Cuba. The outputs would be directed at gender activists, promoters and experts to be distributed in various events that are planned from February 2019 to July 2019. The project would also produce a systematization guide, including lessons learned from the project, which would help strengthen the capacity of local organizations to work together in the area of gender equality in the future, particularly to advance and position the women's rights public agenda in Cuba.
