The N-LEAP program is designed to actively engage Arctic and Northern Canadian youth in shaping international Arctic policy and governance structures. By providing opportunities for learning, capacity building, and participation, the program aims to provide opportunity for Arctic and Northern Canadian youth to enhance their understanding of international Arctic policy and amplify their voice in policy dialogues through 2 project components:
1) Sending policy delegation to International Arctic Policy
2) Implement 2 Arctic Policy Cohort
