This project aims to strengthen the operational effectiveness of civil society actors and support them to effectively engage in collaborative dialogue with local communities, sectoral peers, donors, as well as local decision-makers and policy implementers. It also seeks to develop civil society actors’ capacities, technical skills, resources and confidence in their dedicated areas of work in Venezuela.
