Description:
This project aims to strengthen the capacity of the African Union Commission (AUC) to support the implementation of the African Union’s Agenda 2063 and Strategic Plan (2024-2028) in advancing continental priorities for sustainable and inclusive development. It includes support to the Department of Political Affairs, Peace and Security to support democracy, peace and security. It also supports technical and vocational education and training of teachers and leaders through support to the AUC’s Department of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.

1) Enhanced capacity of the AUC to deliver results related to the AU’s Agenda 2063 and Strategic Plan (2024-2028), and to advance continental priorities for sustainable and inclusive development, including peace and security.
