The Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum (ACELF) 2025, implemented by the Australia-Canada Economic Leadership Forum, is a 3-day Knowledge Sharing Forum in collaboration with the Business Council of Australia. This project is scheduled to be delivered from 16 to 18 February 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, Australia. The Forum aims to feature the following panel discussions: geo-political risks to economic security; the digital economy ( AI and cyber security); pathways to lower carbon emissions; building smarter green infrastructure; national defence and security; comparing economic policy delivery; finding and fostering talent for innovation. The Forum participation is limited by invitation, only to 150 to 175 influential decision makers from the public and private sectors and there is no registration fee. Expected Results:
The expected outcomes of this project include: (1) increased access for Canadian organizations to participate in events which promote knowledge sharing with their counterparts in the Indo-Pacific region; and (2) increased capacity of Canadian organizations to facilitate knowledge sharing events with their counterparts in the Indo-Pacific region.
