The Project aims to deliver learner-centered, competency-based, and gender-responsive Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) services to support ethnic minority women (EMW) and other marginalized women (MW). It seeks to equip them with essential skills for the green transition, including sustainable agriculture, circular economy practices, and green industrial techniques. By enhancing their access to inclusive and market-driven TVET, the project will improve their resilience, adaptability, and economic opportunities, enabling them to secure decent jobs or start businesses while reducing the risks associated with unsafe domestic and international migration for low-skilled work. The Project also focuses on increasing EMW and MW’s involvement in TVET decision-making and strengthening service providers' capacity to break down systemic barriers, promote economic empowerment, and contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive workforce.
