This project strengthens the participation of global majority, women’s rights, and other marginalized civil society actors in international digital technology governance. Working in six partner countries - Brazil, Chile, India, Mexico, Nigeria, and South Africa - it also supports policymakers and Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) Member States to advance more inclusive, coordinated, and human-rights-promoting digital policy outcomes.

Expected Results:
The expected outcomes of this project include:
(1) enhanced inclusion of perspectives of global majority populations, women and other marginalized groups, in key international digital governance processes;
(2) increased commitment by policymakers, particularly from target countries, to more inclusive and human rights-promoting outcomes in key international digital governance processes; and
(3) enhanced coordinated and strategic engagement by Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) Member States in key international digital technology processes.
