Description:
This project will reinforce the universalization and effective implementation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) in Africa, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Project activities will include: (1) targeted outreach to promote universalization of the BTWC in Africa; (2) legal and regulatory assistance to States Parties; (3) training and capacity building to support the submission of Confidence-Building Measures (CBMs); and (4); outreach and training to support national coordination and implementation of the BTWC.
