The project aims to improve the economic well-being of marginalized women and youth in southern Jordan by promoting green jobs, self-employment, and entrepreneurship in climate-resilient agribusiness. The project supports women- and youth-led businesses through training, innovation hubs, cooperatives, and access to climate-smart technologies, while strengthening market linkages and financial services. It also tackles social norms, engages communities, and builds institutional capacity to create more opportunities, contributing to a resilient, inclusive agrifood sector aligned with Jordanian national priorities in one of the country’s most climate-stressed regions.
