To expand the Sun-dried Tomato Project (FY 2016-2017) in Paramakatoi by setting up a second solar dryer, clearing of new fields to plant tomatoes, purchasing of water sprinklers and purchasing of agricultural tools. CFLI will support the cost for setting up a second dryer to offset the increase production of sun dried tomatoes for the local market.
