The expected outcomes include: (1) effective decision-making by the DGAPR and its staff concerning the management, risk assessment, and rehabilitation of terrorism offenders according to established guidelines, standards, and good practices that are consistent with the safeguarding of prisoner rights and responsiveness to individual prisoner needs according to institutionalized professional and human rights guidelines, standards, and procedures; (2) enhanced capacity of Psychologists across the Moroccan prison service to routinely incorporate into their assessment considerations of individualized factors of risk, need, human rights, and gender, supported by structured clinical supervision; and (3) enhanced DGAPR leadership over the implementation of the CVE-P training package supports increased capacity of Moroccan prison officers to effectively prevent and manage violent extremism in prisons.
