Expected Results:
The expected outcomes for this project include: (1) Enhanced communication between border communities, civilian authorities and border management services in Mali and Niger to support a more effective management of borders and borders areas in the areas of intervention; (2) Increased engagement of community members, civil society, particularly the women’s group, in of improving border security safety and preventing prevention of radicalization in border areas of Mali and Niger; and (3) Increased border management capacities for the authorities and law enforcement forces around the borders areas between Niger and Mali.
