The purpose of the project entitled “Gang Suppression Force Secretariat Initiative for Haiti,” is to support the staffing of the Office of the Special Representative for the Gang Suppression Force (GSF) in Haiti. This project is valued at $9,999,999.75 to be implemented by the organization CANADEM. This initiative is part of Canada’s recently announced $60M commitment to support Haiti’s security (announced by MINA on September 23, 2025).
