Description:
This project aims to support INTERPOL to advance multi-sectoral and cross-regional engagement to prevent, detect, investigate and respond to chemical terrorism threats. Specifically, this project aims to support a series of capacity-building activities, culminating in the delivery of the plenary meeting of the Global Congress on Chemical Security and Emerging Threats, which will take place in Central America. Project activities include: (1) organization and delivery of the plenary meeting of the Global Congress on Chemical Security and Emerging Threats; (2) delivery of a regional peer-to-peer exchange in South America; and 3) conduct regular webinars to promote sustained dialogue and knowledge-sharing.
