Description:
SHASE will provide services to adult males who are affected by sexual misconduct within the Defence community and tailored services to individuals of sexual diversity by offering individual and group counselling. The organization will also develop awareness activities specifically designed for CAF members and veterans.

An increase in projects, initiatives and services reaching the local Defence community through innovative service delivery; Greater access to information, training and support within the Defence community; An increase in effective mechanisms at the SMSRC to strengthen community-based supports for those impacted by sexual misconduct in the CAF/DND, especially underserved groups; Improved support across the justice and social sectors* for those impacted by or at risk of gender-based violence, including survivors; Further integration of community-based service providers within the CAF/DND network of support services for those affected by sexual misconduct in the CAF/DND.
