Description:
This project aims to expand psychotherapy access for CAF/DND members and affected persons impacted by sexual or gender-based violence. Building on a previously funded SMSRC project, it introduces both direct therapy and asynchronous tools to reduce wait times and improve accessibility. Services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other trauma-informed modalities, delivered in person and virtually in English.
