This project aims to expand access and awareness of women’s group counselling programs, specifically addressing the impact of Military Sexual Trauma (MST). The group model reflects military structure and culture, creating a familiar and supportive environment for healing. Expected outcomes include reduced trauma symptoms, improved mental health, stronger social support, and greater success in transitioning to civilian life.
