This project aims to support the development and launch of an anonymous peer-support chat platform tailored to Indigenous veterans and their families, including those connected to the CAF and RCMP. The goal is to address health equity gaps in current health and mental health service systems, improve access to care, promote care continuity, and support referrals for veterans across Canada. The project is delivered in English and French.
