Description:
This project expands access to trauma-informed, non-medical post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) support services for the wider Defence community, including military personnel, veterans, and their families. The initiative includes a 10-week PTSD, development of a self-help workbook, and a digital awareness campaign to reduce stigma and increase understanding of PTSD related to sexual misconduct. Services are offered in English and primarily delivered in Petawawa, with outreach extending virtually to surrounding regions.
