Description:
The project provides one-on-one counselling sessions. In addition to individual support, VSAC offers one 8-week ‘Skills for Healing’ group annually, as well as weekly in-person drop-in support groups and weekly virtual mindfulness practice. Outreach and engagement will be conducted in collaboration with the Military Family Resource Centre, Canadian Forces Military Police Group, and the Esquimalt Family Resource Centre. All services will be provided in English and available both virtually and in-person to ensure accessibility for CAF members, veterans, and other members of the Defence community.
