Description:
This project aims to enhance the visibility and accessibility of French-language support services for victims of sexual violence within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the Department of National Defence (DND), particularly in rural regions of Quebec. Le CALACS du Saguenay will provide individual and group support, awareness activities, and referrals to appropriate resources, all adapted to the culture and language of the beneficiaries. The initiative seeks to address current service gaps and promote equitable access to trauma-informed, survivor-centred services. Support will be offered in person and virtually, in French.
