Description:
This project provides outreach and education through a series of survivor-centered, trauma-informed workshops delivered in collaboration with the Survivor Perspectives Consulting Group (SPCG). Led by Wounded Warriors Canada, the training addresses sexual misconduct within the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), featuring firsthand accounts from survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). The workshops are designed to help participants recognize, address, and prevent sexual harassment and assault, equipping them with strategies to create safer, more respectful workplaces and better support survivors. Training also fosters a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusivity. Workshops are delivered in both English and French, with national reach and virtual access options to ensure accessibility across regions.
