Description:
This project consists of a study examining the incorporation of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) into the Defence Team and its role in Arctic defence and security. The study will include a comparative analysis of Norway and Denmark to identify lessons learned and best practices, a partial survey of Northern residents’ views on CCG integration, and interviews with CCG personnel to assess operational challenges related to Arctic navigation and surveillance.
