This project will support Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) to engage in discussions with the Department of National Defense (DND) and develop a framework that would streamline points of contacts at both DND and IRC, and facilitate the intake and ongoing consultation and communication processes.

The intended results include clearer and more efficient communication between DND and IRC through well‑defined points of contact. The project will help clarify roles and responsibilities, reduce delays and duplicated efforts, and create more consistent and transparent processes for receiving and responding to consultation requests. It will also support better collaboration and problem‑solving through clear communication processes and, when appropriate, joint working groups.
