The Indigenous Reconciliation Gathering will work to build and maintain the already established relationship between the Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces, Canadian Forces Base Winnipeg, 17 Wing Winnipeg, and the Red River Métis Community, through cross education between all partners. This gatherin will contribute to the broader positive evolution of relationships between the Department of National Defense and the Canadian Armed Force and Red River Métis Citizens.
