Over the last several decades, the swift development of the Internet of Things has led to an eruption of cyber war incidents. These incidents these often fall into the category of “covert action” conducted during peacetime, such as attacks on infrastructure or information warfare. The recipient's Master’s thesis will examine the cyber covert action (CCA) strategies of several states in peacetime and the implications of these strategies.
