The applicant is seeking funding for a workshop to co-design an education platform that will facilitate the instruction and dissemination of a common, agnostic design theory, to ensure allied commanders can speak and collaborate with each other using a ‘common language.' With the development of an adapted digital platform, the organizers will develop a consistent and sustainable design theory that will allow Canada to train partners and other countries and their militaries so that they can adapt to emerging forms of hybrid warfare.
