The Department of National Defence solicited proposals to propose and develop reliable, energy efficient, integrated and scalable energy, water and waste management systems for Relocatable Temporary Camps (RTCs). The expected results are to find solutions designed to significantly reduce fuel and water inputs, and waste outputs, while maintaining specified performance capacities for 150 to 1,500-person RTCs that are also operating in a temperate climate zone.
