Description:
The Social Development Partnerships Program – Children and Families (SDPP) program objectives are to support the development and utilization of effective approaches to address social issues and challenges and to develop, exchange and apply knowledge, tools and resources that address social needs of individuals, families and communities. Specifically, the projects recommended under this program support increased awareness and take-up of the Canada Learning Bond (CLB), particularly among under-represented, hard to reach and vulnerable segments of the population who may face challenges in accessing the CLB.

The Social Development Partnerships Program (SDPP) works in partnership with not-for-profit and other organizations to help improve life outcomes for people with disabilities, children and families and other vulnerable populations.
